Welcome to Mesquite Hollow, owned by Dan & Kim Cobb. We are located in North Central Texas between Corsicana and Waco. We live in a wonderful old farm house in the country with our Papillons (lovingly referred to as “butterflies” by papillon fans) and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (CKCS). We hope you enjoy your visit to our Mesquite Hollow web site, and receive our heartfelt message as well. Feel free to browse our beautiful CKCSs and Butterflies and enjoy the inspirational reading. Cavaliers and Papillons have been a major part of our lives for many years. All our dogs live in our home with us. We do not have any kennels. All our Papillons and Cavaliers are health checked and we provide a 2-year health guarantee from heredity defects that will cause death. Our Cavalier and Papillon puppies are well socialized (and spoiled) before ever leaving our home. We do not let our “babies” leave our home until they are 10 to 12 weeks of age (for cavaliers) or 12 to 14 weeks of age (for Papillons).

Our breedings are very limited and all of our Cavie and Pappy babies are placed in pet homes with limited AKC registration. We will, however, place an open AKC registration on a show prospect puppy going into a show home.
We believe in Honest and Ethical principles of our lives as well as breeding our Cavies and Pappies. We believe in DNA testing where it is advised or recommended. We are a registered AKC Kennel that stays within the AKC standards and are inspected regularly by the AKC (American Kennel Club).
Our Papillon bloodlines include: Queen Bless, Toymaker, Sunshoo, Xanadu, Daneview, Denemore, Ringlands, Silenzio, Caspian's, Heremt's, Menines, Unicornwoods Cavalierchen, Chakmain, Horn's, Elmac, Candygold and Small Symphony. Our Cavalier bloodlines include: Lazycroft, Ravenrush, Hillview, Fairy Tale Forrest, Castlemar, Telvara, Sandel and Stony Ridge. All our dogs are up to date on all vaccinations and wormings.
